- To become or stay healthy you have to control these 3 stresses.
- Exercises daily, at least 30 min per day.
- Avoid Chemical intake from medicine or processes foods (MSG Monosodium glutamate, Plastic BTA, anti-biotics throught dairy and meat) fluorite & aluminum.
- Emotional reaction to situations, meditation at least 30 min per day.
The counter parts of each of these basic stresses are;
Physical = Fight -> Rest
Chemical = Food -> Digest
Emotional = Flight -> Repair
All 3 have affect your hormone production within your body.
