3 Stresses in Life

There are 3 kinds of Stress in life.

Physical,

Chemical,

Emotional,

  • To become or stay healthy you have to control these 3 stresses.
  1. Exercises daily, at least 30 min per day.
  2. Avoid Chemical intake from medicine or processes foods (MSG Monosodium glutamate, Plastic BTA, anti-biotics throught dairy and meat) fluorite & aluminum.
  3. Emotional reaction to situations, meditation at least 30 min per day.

The counter parts of each of these basic stresses are;

Physical = Fight -> Rest

Chemical = Food -> Digest

Emotional = Flight -> Repair

All 3 have affect your hormone production within your body.
